Do 5 side straddle hops in cadence then after the 5th one everyone does two jump squats. Like this… Side Straddle Hops IC: One, two, three, ONE! One, two, three, TWO! One, two, three, THREE! One, two, three, FOUR! One, two, three, FIVE! Quickly followed by two jump squats. Repeat 4x or until no one can breathe

The Thang

Coupon Inchworm…18″ at a time

Line up coupons vertically in a straight line starting at the bottom of the hill toward the top.

Three stages
1. Start at the bottom with 10 merkins, 10 LBS, 10 squats

2. Run around the hill on path toward 1st lit cone and then toward hill

3. Grab a coupon and move it to the front of the line of coupons

Rinse and Repeat until line of coupons reaches the top of the hill

Today i pushed myself to a new level, documented by my Garmin watch, heart rate & VO2 Max. I witnessed other PAX pushing the limits. It was a damn good day
