  • 4 stations in a line on the path, with 4 cones (1 for each station) 100 yards away
  • Split PAX into partners, with each partner starting 2 stations apart (1 and 3, 2 and 4)
  • PAX had to complete the movement listed at each station (see below), run around the cone 100 yards away, then move to the next station
  • Continuous “loop” – after Station 4 you go back to Station 1
  • Object is to catch your partner – if you can

Circle of Trust

Quote: “If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears however measured or far away.” – Henry David Thoreau

  • This quote is consistent with F3’s principles and credo – we are open to ALL men, regardless of background, fitness level, etc.  We also pick up the 6 (leave no man behind).
  • Dilly Dilly often prays for strength to help F3 fill the middle, not the polarized edges of society.  To occupy the space where people agree, find common ground, compromise, and move society forward. That starts with each of us.
  • How often have you said “I don’t know what the hell they were thinking?”.  How about “I wonder why they were thinking what they were thinking?”
  • Or “I wouldn’t have done that”.  How about “I wonder why they did that”.
  • Or “They’re wrong”.  How about “What if I’m wrong?”  Maybe I can learn something from them.
  • Remember – if someone has a different point of view, remember that perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer – maybe you should listen.

We prayed and thanked our Sky Q for endless blessings and for strength for the people of Maui.
