The Thang

Duck Duck Cake!! (520-530) (parking lot)

Circle up, carry cake around the circle at least once
drop it by a man who then tells you the exercise to lead.

You lead it whilst that guy carries cake around to another PAX

100 burpee mile (530-550) (loop path)

run 0.1 ish, do 10 burpees, repeat until done

bring cake with us, taking turns as people desire

finish with 10 burpees

Circle of Trust

Did you know, that you can untie a double knot on your shoes, but just pulling the running ends.
You do have to PULL, but I think it’s easier than picking at the knot.

Tie your shoes.  Then make an overhand knot with JUST THE BOWS (leave the running ends free or this doesnt work)
Then pull the running ends.
