Weather was beautiful this morning with temps in the mid to high 60’s. I could feel the calm excitement in the men as we prepared for some much needed stretching.

We went straight to the 25 min Broga session for WoR
The Thang
Thang 1 was a 25 minute Broga session.
Thang 2 was a 20 minute ultimate football session.
Circle of Trust
Taking a page right out of Blue Gill’s book, I yielded my CoT to any man in attendance who might have something weighing on his heart. Blue Gill stepped up and shared a very personal message with us that spoke to all of our hearts! Much respect and love for you brother!
