1 Thruster then 2 murder bunnies, 2 Thrusters then 4 murder bunnies, 3 Thrusters, 6 murder bunnies all the way to 25 Thrusters and 50 murder bunnies until you reach the running path. Then run a lap back to the start and back to coupons.
Partner farmer Carries. One PAX picks a point to run to and back while PAX two farmer Carries. Quarter mile back to the other path.
Cusack coupon carries and curls. 1 curl, 2 Cusack coupon steps. 2/4, 3/6, 4/8….all the way to 25/50 or the end of the path.
Double arm should carries and hand release T burpees. PAX 1 does 5 HRTB’s while PAX 2 walks back to the start with both coupons. Complete reps of 5 and switch.
Cusack competition. Who can go the furthest without putting down their coupon? Vern and BCS went the entire quarter mile without dropping their coupons. Massively impressive.

There are nice guys and there are good men.
Nice guys are passive aggressive, emotional, no core values, back stabbing, not great husbands or Dad’s, not protectors or providers.
Good men are savage servants, confident, capable men and ferocious in what they do. At the same time they come home, lay down and let their kids crawl all over them.
We have Good Men in F3 but look around and you will see a lot of nice guys. The best way to lead nice guys is by example and showing them what a good man is.
