Cold but not windy day.  Path was pretty much clear of snow.

Mosey with some butt kickers, karaokes, and high knees

The Thang

Run as a group to the bridge.  Let’s get some elevation.  Sprint up on side and mosey down the other.  Repeat.

Mosey to the school parking lot.  Line up 4 PAX and sprint the marked lines.  Walk / slow mosey to the starting line.  Repeat.

Run back as a group to the flags.

What’s next.  What are you training for?  I have always found it best to always have something to train for because in a blink of an eye, it will be 6 months later and did you train for anything.  I am currently training for Maui Marathon in April and GRE.  Every man here is a capable of running GRE.  You can join us for intentional training together just like when we get ready for a GTE.  Yes it will be tough, Yes you will most likely be sore, but the accomplishment of completing GRE with other PAX is so powerful.  Reach out to me with any questions.
