Arrived early to a quiet lot & as I made my chalk marks & placed my cones I could see the PAX starting to arrive in their bright colored pink gear from hoodies (nice Chummy), to socks, to muscle shirts (nice Skinner), to shorts (nice BabyMomma), to Tequila logos (nice Worm).

- One of the classic funny movie quotes of all time but in actuality do we really take time & cherish the everyday moments we get to spend with our M’s (most important person). For many of us that is our wives the women we honor & celebrate their bravery & courage today during our workout Recently I have been stretching myself thin with some added work complexities, helping with the explosive F3 expansion growth nationally, & coaching my sons football team & I have neglected the inner most circle of my Concentrica, the M. Yesterday with no reason I took the day off with the kids at school to have a day with my M. We did a 3 mile walk around Springbrook Forest Preserve, had lunch at Empire downtown Naperville & hit some shops, had coffee at 10 Drop, had beers at Werk Force, & finished it off doing some grocery shopping for a Coaches get together we are having tonight (something we used to do together but don’t anymore). It was a refreshing day to just be with my M, no kids, no work, no PTA, just her & I. At the end of the day she expressed her appreciation for me taking the day & how much that meant to her & she felt like we really had a chance to reconnect. My challenge to you men is take the time with your M. Take the time for the little things like going to Hope Depot or bed bath & beyond & hopefully you will have enough time. AYE!
