Introduction
January we did 100 burpees per day. This was the final day. Good times.

THANG 1 520-530 – • 100 Burpees every 6 seconds
- 100 burpees (squats, chop, LBCs)
Dauber burpees (clap and jump), 6 count burpee, 4 count burpee, drop 4 count burpee

- Burpees broad jump up hill and down hill (lunge walk)
