Introduction

Coming off of Ragnar Bourbon Trail, absolutely 0 running involved in this beatdown. But I did take home some inspiration from Kentucky and tied it into this workout.

Warm-O-Rama

Danger Zone – SSH during our Kenny Loggins favorite, deep squat for every Danger Zone in the lyrics.

Good Morning/Good Nights

The Thang

Thang 1 – Little bitta line dancing with some bluegrass favorites off of spotify. Got our compasses out – bearcrawl north, south, east, west. Flip – crab walk north, east, bla bla bla repeato. Some squats, American hammers, and big boys thrown in there for active rest.

Thang 2 – New faves from the Exicon – fox holes, grave diggers, pain killers for two rounds.

Thang 3 – Mash up of core and legs to pass the time. American hammers, alternating side squats, calf raises, big block boys, etc…

Mary – Tie fighters, american hammers till 6.

Circle of Trust

Debrief from Ragnar experience. If you haven’t done something to push yourself out of your comfort zone, consider giving it a try. It’s amazing how far your body will go. Your mind will fail you well before your body.

Naked Man Moleskin

Great experience at the south end of the lot at 3 rivers. Better pavement and the light stays on past 6.
