Pax began at the east end of the parking lot with coupon exercises, after 25 reps the pax ran to the west end of the parking lot where we performed 10 Bobby Hurleys then ran back to another 25 reps until the total reps were met.

100 Over Head Press

Pax then put on their Rucks and we set off on a quick 1.5 mile loop with the first half being a “Death March” where the first PAX in the line moved off to the side and did 5 Merkins or 10 Squats than ruffled to the end of the line where they alerted the PAx at the front to begin his exercise.

Difference between failing and failure

 

I fail all the time, but that doesn’t make me a failure.

 

There is a huge difference between failing and failure. Failing is trying something that you learn doesn’t work. Failure is throwing in the towel and giving up. True success comes from failing repeatedly and as quickly as possible, before your willpower runs out.

 

When we realize that we can learn from our mistakes or failed attempts and grow from them we truly become successful.  Because success is not defined by those that try and never fall but by those who try fall and get back up to try again as many times as it takes.
