The Thang
Mosey with coupons to the soccer nets. Circled up and started with what brought everyone out “Alarm Clock”. Moved right into Curls for the girls and ended with Side Straddle Hops.
Split into 4 groups and traveled, in line, across the mountain to our next adventure at the basketball courts.
Merkins followed by Lunges
Burpees followed by, you guessed it, Bear crawls
Big boys followed by Duck walk (of course, I have 2 ducks)
Bobby Hurleys followed by High knees
* After each exercise, a pax read aloud the Credo and 5 Principles while in the plank position. (Concentration)
Circle of Trust
I focused on my travel to F3 and “You Get What You Allow!” I encouraged the group to continue improving while not taking things for granted. Allow themselves to grow personally and professionally.
