I would also ask all PAX to leave their watches and timekeeping devices in the car. We will end at 6am but until then, we will all be BLIND

Exercise in pavilion while partner runs around the barn – time to rotate when wall sit team relieves them

Team 3

Wall sit coupon race

Team must work together to move blocks in the most efficient manner possible to see how many they can transport around the Silo/bathroom building

Time is set by team running the loop- time starts when they start and time ends when teams finishes

The uncomfortibility of the unexpected

They say that we HC in the thread to make planning easy for the Q. But the old saying is. We don’t get up for easy. The idea of this blind Q is to add an extra level of difficulty to plan for the unexpected. To get uncomfortable because that is where growth occurs. How many of you felt uncomfortable without your watch. Without knowing how much SUCK is left. Hopefully there will be some individual growth because of it. Some of you know that I quit my job yesterday. I have another gig lined up but there is still unknown.  Uncertainty. I encourage each one of you to see out that. To be uncomfortable. To be uncertain. Seek the unexpected. And grow and accelerate. Because that is how we prepare as leaders
