The Thang
Run with pavers to the sled hill.Using 4 sides of the hill and one exercise on each side to complete a descending ladder of 50 reps. Always 10 burpees at the top after each set. (5 sets of 50,40,30,20,10 after each set run to the top and complete 10 burpees, run back to complete the next set)
1. Grady Corns with Pavers
2. Hand release Merkins
3. Leg Risers (6 inch off ground to 90 degrees)
4. Up/Downhill LungesRun set 1 of 50 reps with all 4 exercises as a group
We completed the 3 sets of 50, 40 and 30 then did an unconventional NoR/ 10 second break and ran back to the final minute of Mary for Dauber’s CoT.

I received a text from Betty Crocker during the Black Diamond and on top of the hill that his alarm didn’t go off and that was why he was missing. I was immediatly glad to hear he was ok but he definetly owes the group for fart sacking. #standards
I’ve been following the progress of both Soft Hands and Chum Bucket since they were FNG’s. It’s clear that they are the perfect fit for F3. Their leadership, effort, attention to detail and accountability is second to none. Initially I thought they HC’d because they felt bad for me but quickly realized they were just looking to accellerate as always.
I overdressed and nearly red lined on top of the hill. 198 heartbeats per minute as the max. Brief pause and humbling reminder that I’m no where near where I want to be.
