Indian run to hockey rink – 9s, scissor lunges and burpees

Indian run to pull-up bar – each PAX held a dead arm hang while the others held plank or mountain climbers

mystery hold – each PAX head dead are hang for an unknown amount of time (61 secs)

Mosey to the soccer field – Jog/sprint legs for one lap, after each lap we did monkey humpers, Bobby Hurley’s, low pulse squats, and SSHs

When Qing small groups, it is OK to try new things or use older workouts.  I did this WO a few weeks back and we didn’t finish, so today we started from the back and worked our way to the front of the previous WO.
