Thang 1:

Short Pearls on a Sting.  Mosey from the lot to the north side of the hill.  Stopped for 15 Drop Squats, ran up the hill and performed 10 Merkins, ran back down.  Stopped at short side of hill(west side) and south side and did the same routine.  Moseyed back to the lot.

Thang 2:

Started at one end of the lot.  Performed prescribed coupon exercise then Paula Abduled to first stop half way across the lot for 100 jump rope swings.  Ran remainder of lot and back to start.

Today I want to talk a little bit about appreciation.  First of all, I appreciate you all for being here on my birthday.  I came across a quote last night that caught my attention.  “Once you start appreciating life, that’s when you realize how much you truly have to live for”.  I think the older we get we really start to slow down and take to really see what we have in our lives.  Take time toady to “smell the roses”, appreciate the little things that may typically go unnoticed.  Slow down, look up and enjoy the view.  AYE

Hadn’t done Paula Abdul bear crawls in a while, man are they tough!  Since Bambi finished round 1 first I gave him the option to bear crawl, lunge walk, crab walk or broad jump for round 2.  I wasn’t upset when he chose lunge walk 🙂
