Introduction
First day of Spring 2023 and my 53rd Birthday – still only feels like 20 degrees out this morning. Looking forward to warmer weather. Conditions were good and the HILL was dry

The Thang
Mosey to the HILL and do 11’s up the Hill. Start with one burpee at the bottom and 10 Big Boys at the top. All Pax finished, lots of heavy breathing and nobody complained they were cold
Second Thing was a partner workout back in the parking lot. Partner 1 started 100 coupon curls while Partner 2 moseyed down to the lights, did 5 merkins and moseyed back and switched off. Next round was 100 chest press with frog walks and merkins back and forth. Next round was 100 skull crushers with a bear crawl, merkins and back – didn’t get any further.
Circle of Trust
COT was a reminder of what the year 1970 brought:
Average car cost $3,900; Gallon of gas cost .36; The Beatles broke up; The floppy disk was invented; the NERF Football was the hot toy, Average House cost $26,600.00; Kansas City Chiefs won the Superbowl.
In Prayers we remembered that several of our local Pax have lost loved ones lately and they need our continued thoughts and prayers and need patience with themselves to grieve in their own time.
