Mosey to the Hill. Had two cones/lights set up in front of the Hill and told Pax that we would be running around the Hill. Move at a good rate around, when you hit the first cone you can slow down or walk if needed, when you hit the second cone, speed up again. At some point during the workout, switch it up, spring from cone to cone and then finish the rest of the run around the Hill at a slower pace. Push yourself to be uncomfortable
Circle of Trust
I am not a runner, never liked it, never been good at it. Always avoided it. But in the last 4 years that I have been part of F3, I have run at workouts and run clubs more consistently than ever before. Made myself uncomfortable this morning by Qing a run club. Move out of your comfort zone, its good for you
