Introduction

Stole This idea from my man John Denver.

Warm-O-Rama

Motivators from 10, Imperial Squat Walkers, Goofballs, and Good mornings,

The Thang

Thang 1: 7-9 minute arm burners with the pavers. 20 reps of seal claps, overhead claps, gradycorns, pretzel twists, and morrocan night clubs.

 

Thang 2: 1 mile circuit consisting of running a mile loop and, once completed, 15 burpees, 20 merkins, and 25 big boys. Started with an indian run to get a feel of the track and then OYO. Completed about 4-5 turns of the circuit.

Circle of Trust

Talked about the David Goggins quote, “Do something that sucks every single day of your life. That is how you grow.” The whole point of coming out at 5:15 am is to challenge yourself and to create a better version of yourself. embracing the suck everyday will not only positively affect your physical aspects of yourself, but your mental as well.
