Introduction
It’s been a hot minute since I Q’d at The Olympiad and it felt good to be back. It was a perfect morning for a workout and thanfully, the rain held off. I got there early and placed 4 lights along the track, in quarter section increments, in preparation for a ladder-like workout.

The Thang
We mosyed to the track and set coupons down at staion 4, where they remained.
Start at station 1 do 10 Burpees.
Run to station 2 do 10 Burpees, 15 Jump Squats.
Run to station 3 do 10 Burpees, 15 Jump Squats, 20 Merkins.
Run to station 4 do 10 Burppes, 15 Jump Squats, 20 Merkins, 25 OH Press.
We cycled through this pattern twice, the second time increasing each exercise by 5 reps.
Circle of Trust
Talked about the power of prayer, regardless of your religious or spiritual beliefs. Mentioned that a fellow PAX at church is fighting through some significant health issues but has had tremendous improvement in his condition so far. Prayer has been a consistent weapon in his fight and the recovery he’s made so far, especially given the circumstances of his battle, has been nothing short of a miracle. My point to the fellow PAX was that prayer should always be a priority when perservering through life’s hardships.
