Introduction
I realized I was on Q for this beatdown about a day and half before it. In fact I had asked Boomer over the weekend who was on Q. We do alot of Rucking at this one so I knew I wanted to do a standard bootcamp. One of the things I said to people was that, when I Q, I have a plan of what I want from my workouts for the week and so when I Q, if i need something, we do that. Tonight we did ARMS.
Warm-O-Rama

Side straddle hops
Tie fighters
followed by a mosey. We grabbed our coupons and right hand-farmer carried them from the flags(now in the lot) to the first pavilion(where we used to put them). There we did 10 grady corns in cadence, dropped the coupons, and headed to the next pavilion via mosey.
Once there, we reviewed the exercises we would do there, then mosey’d back to the coupons where we left hand farmer carried them to the flags.
The Thang
we paired off in sets of two for the beatdown. The beatdown consisted of 3 exercise stations; the parking lot, the 1st pavilion and the 2nd pavilion.The parking lot (station 1) exercises consisted of:Curls -21 (7 lower, 7 upper and 7 full range)

Lion kings-10To get to the second station (the first pavilion) we did a right hand coupon farmer’s carry to it. There we did 10 Grady Corns before leaving the coupon behind and jogging to the 2nd pavilion (station 3) for more exercise.Station 3 exercises consisted of:Tricep dips-20
Shoulder taps-20
Irkins -20
Incline mt climbers-20
Grady corns-20Afterwards mosey back to the 2nd station (1st pavilion) for 10 more Grady Corns. Then left hand farmer’s carry back to station 1.Then rinse and repeat.

I think it’s funny how many less men there are at this AO since reindeer games, it has been cool when, on occasion, someone pops up that doesn’t normally, this really is an idea place for an evening beatdown.
