The Thang
Goldie Blocks and the Three Bears – PAX stood in a circle formation and did 3 sets of exercises moving in unison (reps between 20-25). 4 blocks were in rotation during the beatdown: Goldie Blocks (regular coupon), baby bear (45lb coupon), momma bear and poppa bear (50lb coupons).
Sets were: Who ate my porridge (bent over row), who sat in my chair (goblet squat) and who laid in my bed (bench press). After all three sets PAX bear crawled out to cone and then back to the circle. Blocks rotated to the right – rinse and repeat 6x.
Indian run – 10min indian run around the AO, aka Haunted Hayride. Stopped at bridge and lunge walked over in single file. Mosied up to playground for dips and merkins in cadence (PAX took turns calling down). Then mosied to the band shell for some ab work (LBCs and hip raises).

Thoughts: It’s easy to dwell on the past and wish things could have been different. It’s easy to focus on the future and think of all things you want (for you or your family), but the present moment is the only one you get to live in. The present moment is the one that’s real. We all are on borrowed time. Spend that time wisely. Make the most and savor every moment. Be present.
