THANG 1 AND ONLY
Partner up- Start at South Side of parking lot,
Buy in 10 Blockies with Partner, must do together
Round 1
Partner 1 Does Burpees, while Partner 2 Crawls to next Parking Center line, once there yells to his partner to go, Partner 2 Now begins Burpees at parking center line, while Partner 1 Bear crawls to him, Once there, Partner 1 gets up and does Burpees, while Partner 2 Bear crawls to next Parking Center line. This continues across the Parking lot until Both Partners have Bear crawled to the far North side curb. Once Done Pick Up 6
¼ Mile Run around lot Long Straight aways at 90% Max, Short Straight aways at 50% Max
Round 2
Starting at North end of Parking Lot, Partner 1 Does Burpees increasing Merkins by 1 Rep, each time they Go down, Partner 2 Side Bear crawls (Head to the east) to the 1st center parking line, where he calls to his partner. Partner 2 then begins Buerpees, increasing Merkins by 1 Rep each time the go down. Partner 1 then Side Bear Crawls to Partner 2 same way as partner 2 did previously. Once there Partner 2 Side Bear crawls to next center line, facing the opposite way, Partner 1 continues the burpee increasing Merkin. This continues until Both Partners have side bear crawled to the far south curb. Once Done Pick up 6
¼ Mile Run around lot at 80% Max
Round 3
Starting at South end of Lot Partner 1 Does Burpee, adding a Plank Jack after each Merkin, Partner 2 Crawl Bears to 1st center line, and calls out to Partner 1. Partner 2 then begins doing Burpee with a plank Jack after each merkin, Partner 1 Then Crawl Bears to Partner 2, this continues down till Both Partners reach the South End
¼ Mile Run around lot Long Straight aways at 90% Max, Short Straight aways at 50% Max

Both Partners Do 10 Burpees together at North End, and Bear Crawl together to First Center Line, Get up Do 9 Burpees together, Side Bear Crawl (Head East) to Next Center line together, Get up Do 8 Burpees together, Side Crawl (Head West) to Next Center line, get Up do 7 Burpees, Crawl Bear to next center line, Get up Do 6 Burpees. Do this all the way down Keeping the same order for the crawls, Forward, Side, Side, Back
Will Add more rounds if necessary varying up the type of burpee and bear crawl.

Yesterday we talked in Q-source about not just checking the box when going over the core principles, and the Mission statement. It is important that we not only say it, but incorporate it into the workout. Explain why the mission statement is so important. This morning I got on you guys when people started the MEN Chant when I was going over the mission statement, there should be no distractions when going over the mission statement, we have so many new guys, that its important that they keep hearing it, but also listening and understanding that. Lets make sure everything we do as a community, group, individuals, we are stiving towards the mission statement.
