We moseyed to the baksetball court

Drills:

First was a foul shot competition where all the PAX held plank while 1 PAX attempted a foul shot, once he finally made it he returned to the plank line and the next PAX attempted the fould shot.  Rinse and Repeat 3 times.

Next were relay races the lenght of the court and back dribbling, while the waiting PAX SSH, rinse and repeat 3 times

Last was a Four Corner drill with 25 reps of a different exercise at each corner with a sprint between each Corner. Corner 1 Merkins, Corner 2 Big Boys, Corner 3 Squats and Corner 4 Lunges

Splint into teams and played 2v3 half court basketball for 25 minutes with a required take back of the half court to increase movement and 5 merkin penaltly for all PAX after an air ball (shot that doesn’t hit the rim or backboard).

Finished with a mosey back to the flags and short 4 MOM that included flutter kicks, pickle purshers and planks

Circle of Trust

My COT centered around big results come from simple and small changes if those changes are done everyday.  Example I used is I used to struggle to get up for the 5:15 beatdowns and last week i didn’t set my alarm correctly for the Wood Anniversary Beat Down (which requires an additional 20 minutes to get to for me) and I still woke up anyway on my own.  The small changes (getting up early 3-5 x a week) I have instituted over the last year have given me a big result, getting up for beat downs is not longer a challenege, it is just part of my normal routine.  So my challenge to the men was take stock of your life and your goals and try to do 1% better today, it’s like compound interest it will pay dividends in the end!

Naked Man Moleskin

@Pull Up brought his 8 year old 2.0 Ben and he was a blast, he worked really hard and kept up with us on most of the drills and exercises.  I had hoped we would have more 2.0s and PAX attend but enjoyed the experience with the men that did.
