Introduction
Cool morning at The Ridge today. Got there early to set up bands and a table with some muscle diagrams. There were a few EC guys out getting some miles in.

The Thang
Series of sport cord and therabands exercises that alternated between upper and lower body. The idea was to have a Q that focused on only exercises that could be done with one of the above while educating pax on the muscle (s) that we were focusing on. Proper form was also a focus as these are exercises that isolate certain muscle groups and improper form will lead to injury.
Circle of Trust
Focus on what makes you happy 😃. There is alot of negativity in this world so we need to think about, and do, things that make us happy and bring us joy. Don’t worry about things that don’t and focus on the good. I love to teach and do good for others which is part of why I did this Q. It was awesome for me and I hope the men in attendance got something out of it.
