I talked a lot today above Appreciation. How much I appreciate the HIMs that convinced me to try F3 almost a year ago. How much I appreciate how even those that are injured are banding together to set up their own workouts and still be present. How I appreciate how much healthier I am after stepping up my commitment to be here, either as a participant or as Q. Im just very appreciative of the fellowship that I get with this awesome group. Hanger also commented at the end as to how important this group is to him and how he hadn’t felt the same not being able to come out. Like everything else in this group, we tend to pick each other up. I appreciate that.

Im always grateful for the HIMs that make me part of their day when I Q. I hope you all got the workout you were looking for today. I got feedback that the first two segments seemed easy but as we got to repeating in the third, the burn started to set in. That’s what I was hoping for was to be surprised with burn from doing simple exercises. Awesome morning!
