  • Mosey for loop starting at flags and ending at first station

Thang 2:

  • PAX split into 2 groups, going to either station 1 or station 2 to perform excercises – peer led

Tear apart to grow stronger

“True strength comes not from what we build, but from what we’re willing to tear down and rebuild stronger.”

As i mentioned at the start of the beatdown, I triggered a back injury at yesterdays boot camp. At the chiropractor, I was reminded that exercise doesn’t build muscle—it actually tears it apart. It’s in the recovery where we become stronger. Life works the same way. We all have areas in our lives that need to be broken down, whether it’s habits, mindsets, or relationships. But through the process of rebuilding, we come back stronger than ever. So, embrace the tearing down, because that’s how we grow. Do you recall a time where you needed to step into the unknown or fear to tear something apart? Maybe you’re going through it now, or perhaps you may in the future.  The men gathered here today all excercise together – tearing our bodies but recovering and repeating to grow stronger.  Let’s look at our life as excercise and know that this same great group on men will be by your side as you tear apart things in your life, heal, and become stronger.

Prayer was offered with special callouts for intentions made by the PAX.  May we all be granted the capabilities, strength, and resources to support those around us in a positive way.
