The Thang

Thang 1: Ruck Club

  • We rucked up and ruffled around Mt Ridge, twice bear crawling up for PT at the top, including air squats, merkins, lunges, and more merkins.  Crawl bear down. Repeat.

Thang 2: Bootcamp

  • 11s.  On the starting side, coupon squats starting with 10.  First MoT murder bunnies.  It was far.
    On the far side, merkins on the coupon starting with 1.  MoT back was rifle carry.

Thang 3: Run Club

  • 2 mile Indian Run.  We were a sub-8:00 pace. Crushed.

Circle of Trust

We discussed Power.  We are all in a position of power at one time or another.  Maybe it’s at work, at home, school, or any time you’re the Q.  With great power comes great responsibility because power can be used for good, or can cause harm.  To understand whether you are using your power for good, ask if you are serving others or serving yourself when you are exercising your power.  Strive to serve others.

A true honor to lead Sparkler, Chum Bucket and Duck Hunt today.  This one turned out to be a real banger.  Less so because of anything I did as Q, and more so because these three men BROUGHT IT today.  It was high intensity all the way to the end.  Honestly one of my favorite F3 mornings.  Running this one back some time!

The playlist was brought to us by Grok 3 (DeepThink mode).  I told it who we were and what we were doing, and it built us a playlist that it believed would keep us fired up the whole time.  I mean who doesn’t get PUMPED UP for Earth, Wind and Fire?  Am I right??
