Circle of Trust

Circle of Trust was about Accountability. We are approx. 1/2 way through the year, I asked the PAX who made new years resolutions/goals and are you sticking with them or have you fallen off. Its you vs. you out here everyday, its up to you to motivate and push yourself to be better. We have a great organization with F3 where MEN will help and reach out to keep you coming out, but at the end of the day its up to you to get out of bed and strive for better. With 1/2 the year remaining I challenged the PAX to create a new goal to reach before the end of the year, and to keep holding yourself accountable everyday. Lately my saturday workouts have been testers for myself to see if I can complete the workout as I strive to be better and I am thankful of the PAX that come out and Push with me.

Naked Man Moleskin

Although we lucked out with no rain, the humidity was thick in the air and pushed our sweat for a great workout.
