Circle of Trust

Over the winter and the beginning of the year I’ve been looking for something to hold me accountable and motivate me to push a little harder in my fitness.  And although I went hard during RDG and even followed it up with the Yeti Challenge, it still felt like I was missing something.  My weight was starting to climb and I just couldn’t control it.  So I jumped on the 100 Merkin Daily challenge with HODL, starting adding core exercises and burpees but it just wasn’t enough to help with the weight.  Then Bob Villa started 75 hard, something I thought I’d never do, I enjoy a few beers here and there and I am not a fan of reading, so I knew it would be difficult.  Today is day 47, and it’s been the most rewarding challenge that I have been a part of.  I’m enjoying reading, don’t miss the alchohol and having a large group of men doing 75 Hard is making it much more easier to complete.

So if you’re looking for something to motivate you and challenge you, there’s always something out there.  Whether it’s a 100 Merkin Daily Challenge, the Sandlot Run Challenge, 75 Hard, OCR, just look for something or start a challenge yourself!
