Introduction
A little chilly morning at the Grove but that made difference for the moving the 5 of us were going to be doing.
Warm-O-Rama
We started with a good warm up session consisting of Daisy’s, Good morning, Phelps, Willy Mays Hayes, Calves, andĀ Motivators from 10.
The Thang
With a DORA planned and only 5 PAX this am we used the hill by the school to keep the cardio at a good rate. After departing the flags with our coupons we set out to the street side of the hill and 3 stayed there and got to work with the coupon exercises beginning with Curls, while the other two ran over the hill to the school side of the hill to tackle the first round of body exercises in reps of 15 beginning with WWIs. The coupon side had Curls, OHP, Bent Over Rows, Chest Press, and Skull Crushers.. for each series of exercises we went over the hill 2x. The body exercises on the school side were WWIs, Air Squats, Lunges, American Hammers, and Big Boys. We continued back and forth over the hill until 6 minutes remained. We then returned to flags for a 5 minute Mary killing off skull crushers, paper Boys, pickle pushers, and wrapping up with a 5 Merkin Ring o fire.
Circle of Trust
My COT, was to re-emphasize the importance of following the 4th Core Principal “Peer Led Workouts in rotation”. After fires being lit under my ass to get my Q’s up and still coming to the “potluck without sharing” by Jellystone and SparklerĀ I’ve continued to get myself in the sheet. My prayer to The Sky Q (Jesus) was for the Men and families of F3 Nation and our local brothers and sisters and their families, and our country.
