Introduction

As I woke up & headed on the 15 minute drive to The Colosseum I did some reflecting on the last 998 posts.  While it is not about the number I am pretty proud of the accomplishment & was humbled by the 20 other men that chose to get up early on a Saturday & come support me.

  • Why would you workout 999 times? I think the easiest way to explain it is putting it in terms of the 4 quadrants of the Q-Source.  Early in my F3 journey I was selfish it was all about me & “Getting Right” but it was more than just focused on my self it was focused on not worrying about others around me & just about me getting better.  Easier put I did not really care about the 6.  Then I was given the opportunity to be a Site Q, the most important job in F3, when I really embraced the concept of not being about me but my happiness was actually in seeing others accelerate & break out of comfort zones or again as we say in Q-Source, “Live Right”.  Then I was humbled to be approached by several men to lead the region split & expansion of F3 Crossroads, today known as F3 Plainfield.  I found my true passion, motivating, educating, & inspiring other men to accelerate to find their ceiling & rip through it to the floor above them & then rip through that ceiling with several opportunities to “Lead Right”.  So here I am today in my journey still feeling like something is missing.  Recently I have been extremely focused on my, Leave Right, & the legacy I want to leave.  Really digging into my faith piece with a group of men on Sunday’s, exposing my guarded self to a Shield Lock & in my personal life engaging with my 2.0’s in very different ways & my wife deepening our relationship & thinking about how I impacting them to be good humans & the impact our family can have on others.  So, there it is, why I post every day to make an impact on those around me.  I am someone who likes to lead by example.  I am introvert by nature.  When put in charge I can take charge but I prefer to set an example by my actions which defines my leadership style.  I hope I have set a decent example for many of you & maybe motivated you to be 1% better in your lives.  My ask is simple.  If I have impacted you in any way than give it away to the next man. Motivate another man that will in turn motivate another.  We are in a society of weak men, a society of abonded sons, self absorbed men out for themselves, & have lost their heart. Be the anti-society man, be the strong, be the Wild at Heart.  AYE!!!
