Introduction
Alarm was early at 3:45 AM as I had a 4:25 date with Bone Spur, Dauber, & Chum Bucket for a 45 minute EC run to get a total of 90 minutes of exercise in this morning. The temps were hot but Mother Nature showed us her strength with a wind in your face heading South on 59 that would take the soul of any great men. WE powered through with Dauber hitting a PR at over 4 miles & the remaining PAX getting in 5 miles. It was a great start to the day but we quickly got to work on the 2nd 45 minutes of pain.

CoT
90 Days of routine, discipline, & accountability. I am proud of the statistics but the biproduct has changed the man that I am:
- 6,770 exercise minutes = daily discipline that sets the tone for my entire day allowing me to be a better husband, father, & leader both personally/professionally
- 11,520 ounces of water = technique to help me manage my new intermittent fasting lifestyle allowing me more freedom to not worry about counting calories or restricting myself to much
- 900 pages of reading = led me to reading “books” from the Bible which also led me to a group of men I have spent the last 13 weeks in Bible Study which has changed my life spiritually
- Monitoring of sweets (5 cheats) = taught me the power of rewarding yourself; in the past I would cut out the things I like & mentally punish myself for failing where now I view as a reward/celebrate controlling my jester
- Alcohol Intake (25 drinks) = shows me I am still imperfect & have areas of my life to improve around continued moderation but enjoyment
Men, I urge you to continue to seek out & do hard things. Especially in your 1st F. It is sometimes in these struggles & sacrifices they teach us the power of preparedness & the biproducts of the struggle can be life changing events if you are willing to let them. AVE!
Truly inspiring Dilly!!! What an accomplishment.
