Introduction

This was an OYO Bootcamp at The Ridge focused on Legs, Back and Core. In between each set of 3 exercises, pax did a half loop around the parking lot.

The mosey during WoR was meant to show the running route. Also, good use to call out icy spots still in the parking lot

After each block, we mosey’d. For block progression, we started in the upper left, moved down, then over to the middle column and up, then over to the right most column then down.

Mary was flutter kicks in cadence x 30 and high plank until 0600.

Circle of Trust

I described enjoying the moments of being undistracted by technology(phones in particular) at places like the theater, concerts, or church. Absence of notifications allows you to be present. Around the holidays when family is near, this is especially important as these are the times to reconnect with your loved ones who you may not have seen in some time.

Naked Man Moleskin

Could have marked more of the icy spots with cones. Good to have the mosey so those could be called out. Good mumble chatter and good to see the pax pairing up to move through the progression together.
