Introduction
Arrived at the AO to some mild morning temps. Dry enough to move about the AO, but still wet enough to create some swampy conditions. Won’t make PAX too happy for at least one of the planned stations, but we don’t get up for easy.

Straight forward 4 station workout. After completing Round 1 and Station 1, run to the next station. After completing the first round at each station, move on to Round 2.

To be equipped for the unknows in life, you need to prepare consistently, both physically, mentally and spiritually. If any of those things are neglected, you will not be accelerating, you will have a harder time keeping the other areas in balance, and as a result you won’t be as prepared for challenges both big and small.
I have a prime example of this as during the holidays and through the early part of January I really took my foot off the gas when it came to consistency with my health. I had been a bit injured during reindeer games, was visiting family and just in general not pushing myself. I was eating poorly and enjoying to much good food and drink.
Usually if I miss posting for a couple days I feel really disconcerted, and anxious to get back out, but as I missed more days and didn’t really try to supplement with some other physically activity, I discovered that it became much easier to not HC and to not feel bad about it. Fortunately, before things got really off track, I did start to get reengaged. However it has been harder than I anticipated. My overall stamina took a bit of a hit and I’m not goanna lie, I still remember how nice it felt to sleep a bit more on some of those cold mornings. However, as I been more consistent with getting out to F3 and in making an effort to workout on days when I am traveling, I’m slowing feeling stronger and just really valuing F3 and the benefits of the consistency it brings.

Even though I didn’t plan it, it was a great opportunity to be Qing on the day of my 600th post. Love all that F3 has added to my life, and so appreciate the great PAX that have inspired me to come out to every one of those posts and to continue to accelerate.
