The Thang
Count off into 6 teams A through F. Be sure to have at least 3 people on each team.
Each station is a different number for each team. For example, a station might be 2 for team A and 5 for Team B.
At each station, the team does the activity and the exercise. Starting at station 0 (which is the same for everyone) the teams then go to another station and does that activity and exercise. If that is NOT station 1 for them, they have to go back to the previous station, do that activity and exercise, and then try again for station 1 at another station (doing the activity and exercise each time).
Once they find station 1, they then look for station 2. Going back to station 1 each time they get it wrong. Once you find station 2, go to 3 and so on.
If a team finishes early, like bunkers team did, I told them to go up one letter and start over.
Circle of Trust
COT was about Failure. I love how F3 normalizes failure and shows that failure is part of the path to success. From an engineering perspective, if you never test your product to failure, you cant find its weak spots and make improvements.
Reindeer Games is testing us as individuals and as an organization. And we are failing. But no worries, now we know where the opportunities are to improve. And we can get better!
Naked Man Moleskin
When I told Bunker to go up one letter and then start over and he complained about it. lol. That was pretty funny.
