Introduction
Wonderful morning ITG this morning! Weather was cool, dry, with NO wind, and Bob Villa was first in the lot. Who would have guessed!?!?
Warm-O-Rama
The Grove is getting a reputation for EC being standard. This has a LOT to do with Sparkler being the SQ. He has always had a knack for getting more out of people when is is around and today was no different.
Got up early to lead an elongated WoR starting at 4:50am where 100% of every PAX who HC’d was there.
WoR included 2-laps around the school to get body warmed up then about 20 minutes of lower body stretching to a 30sec ON, 5sec Rest Tabata.

Circle of Trust
Lately I have been feeling that “I am too old for this F3 Shit” equally with “I am to old NOT to be doing this F3 shit”.
As I am getting older, I am noticing my recovery from injury or hard workouts is taking longer and that I am finding that I need to find more of a steady cadence to my working out and intensity. Going balls out 5-6 days a week just isnt sustainable.
Listen to your body and do what is best for you.
Naked Man Moleskin
First workout that I have ever done without any AAR. It wasn’t asked for, and no one offered it up. That tells me I just completed my first perfect Q. 😉
Great seeing the whole crew this morning, but big shout out to Spike Horn for traveling up to join in on the fun.
