Introduction
Cool morning at Da Grizz when I arrived. Fall is definitely setting in with the darkness.
Warm-O-Rama
Standard warm up today and then explained what we were doing. Stuck to my roots and played some country music this morning.
The Thang
6 exercises x 6 rounds if you can make it through. Starting with a six burpee buy in pax started at 30 reps per exercise and then ran about a 1/4 mile loop. When they came back it was 6 burpees and then 25 reps of each exercise. So on and so forth until you got to 5 reps. Picasso and Pucker up each got through everything once with a great push. I wanted pax to focus on form today and not necessarily speed as I like to have athletes in the clinic do a little circuit with focus on form.
