Introduction

Had a suprise HC from Foundation, and in typical Foundation fashion he called out 75% of the PAX on slack up to and including everyone Q’ing and SQ’ing at other AO’s! With Foundation showing up ITG it is up in the air how well behaved he’d be so I had to watch my back…and my front! But he brought coffee so that was good.

  • Run to end of the parking lot and back

The Thang

The Thang:

  • 6 station tabata each exercise was 40 seconds on 10 seconds rest repeated twice. Each station focus ed on a different muscle group
    • Station 1 – Curls & Lawn Mowers (repeated 2x)
    • Station 2 – Sumo Squats & Monkey Humpers (repeated 2x)
    • Station 3 – Chest Press & Hand Release Merkins (repeated 2x)
    • Station 4 – Lunges & Calf Raises (repeated 2x)
    • Station 5 – Skull Crushers & Dips (repeated 2x)
    • Station 6 – Thrusters & Bent Over Rows (repeated 2x)

After each station was complete we rifle carried to the next station
