Introduction
Today was a special day for me as I reflected on my last 399 posts with the Men of F3. I wanted to design a BC that pertained to the number 400 so we have the 400 reps of Grit. I appreciate the 6 other PAX that came out to show their support.
Warm-O-Rama
WoR:
• Mosey 3 min around front of 3R AO.
• 20 Tifighters forward, 20 Tifighters backward.
• 20 bodyweight squats.
• 10 Merkins.
The Thang
Complete 400 repetitions total, rotating through the following exercises:
performed with 0-10 seconds rest HR was elevated.
• Blockies: 100 reps
• Mountain Climbers: 100 reps (each leg counts as half)
• Weighted Squats: 100 reps
• Merkins: 100 reps
Mary:
• Stretch your entire body focusing on hamstrings, quads, and hips.
Circle of Trust
I thanked the PAX that came out to truly push themselves and their peers through a grueling hard beat down. I spoke about my life at the time I found F3 due to the EHing of Soccermom. I emphasized we never truly know what another man is going through. If we aren’t vulnerable enough to ask we are missing a golden opportunity to help another Man during a hard time. I also spoke about how I lost my way with God and faith. I have reconnected this year and have taken time to speak to God and through this process have seen signs he is there.

Thanks Carpet Mulcher for having the SIX. Thank you spike horn and the rest of the PAX for pushing and motivating each other. Also, to Deja vu for noticing I needed a break on the mtn climber cadence and having my SIX. Great morning in the gloom MEN!!!
