got there early with Chumbucket to set up. Set up 4 stations around the track.

The Thang
4 stations around the track. Run to each station and rinse and repeat in partners. Sent each group off to different stations to start.
1. Station 1 (by entrance)
- 20 kettle swings
- 15 lawn mower pulls each arm
- 20 Upright rows
- 30 Overhead press
- 15 Lion kings
- 10 Thrusters
- 25 curls
- 25 dips off bleachers
- 25 preacher curls
- Bear crawl from cone 1 to cone 2
- 5 Burpees, 15 Merkins
- Bear crawl back to cone 1
Run back to station 1 and start over

We did 4 rounds or so then went back to the parking lot and did suicide running to each light in the parking lot. Then we held high plank for the remaining minute
Circle of Trust
Talked about my 70.3 Ironman and how I signed up without knowing how to swim. How I already won the race in my mind when I swam 1.2 miles in Lake Erie before I ever biked and ran the remaining miles as that was an accomplishment I was proud of. Take 1 step to commit to something and let the momentum take you the rest of the way. You can do anything you out your mind to if you just commit. (And train)
