Circle of Trust

Caitlin Clark set the all time record scoring record in NCAA basketball for Men and Women yesterday. During her press conference afterwards she said that she didn’t want to be remembered for her record, maybe the wins but instead for her passion, drive and memories she made with her teammates.

Paul Johnson is currently running 3000 miles across the country in 40 days. 75 miles a day every single day. He’s not doing it a for a trophy but the ultimate reason is mental health awareness and raising funds for the cause.

This stuck with me for some reason all day yesterday.

Does anyone here know how many miles I ran last year, my college football stats, team records or work accomplishments. I’ll go one further and say, do you even care? Do I? Or should I? Caitlin Clark has a good point in that being the best ever as a stat line, a name, the #22 is probably the smallest piece of our stories. At the end of the day what do you want to be remembered for? Your stats or the way you positivity affected others?

Naked Man Moleskin

AAR was excellent and I appreciate the candor

-Explain what Race Pace is
-Run 2 light poles instead of the shorter distances back and forth
-Adjust times on the fly when needed to accomodate all paces

Thank you Ozark for covering the 6 and helping make sure everyone got to where we needed to go.
