Join me at the Colosseum as we spend 60 minutes lifting, running and lifting again. We will stay in the AO the whole time and nobody will be left behind as we focus on completing our objective.

Champagne run – 3 second sprint with squats
Route is around the square around the soccer fields (see map)
Thang 2:
Using the same route as the champagne run, follow the path stopping at each station to complete the following exercises
Station 1 (coupon station):

Station 2:
10 air squats
Station 3:
10 merkins
Station 4:
10 burpees
