Introduction
Woke earlier than i need for another EC Ruck for Lincoln Games. Just rolled out of bed and got my morning started. Showed up earlier to chalk the beatdown exercises. 3 other PAX joined for the ruck. We had solid conversation and got the heart rate up for a humid morning.

Thang 1 4 Corners (it was all we needed to sweat and get the heart rate up, we don’t get up for easy)
Split the PAX into 2 groups and started them at corner 1 or 3 based on even or odd
- Corner 1: blockee x 10 | curls x 20 (mosey with coupon)
- Corner 2: coupon swing x 20 | bent over row x 20 (rifle carry)
- Corner 3: thruster x 20 | merkin x 20 (mosey with coupon)
- Corner 4: goblet squat x 20 | skull crusher x 20 (rifle carry)

We limit ourselves. This week is Lincoln Games for F3 Naperville. I try to get in EC and BC when i can put don’t always push myself to achieve more. Lincoln Games has more options each day for EC that can happen all through out the day. I am proud of myself for completing multiple EC in this heat. 5 mile EC runs, 3 mile EC rucks, 15 mile EC bike rides. I’m feeling tired but once i get going i’m all in. Don’t over think it, just do it. Now if you are hurt be mindful but don’t let a little bit of aches keep you from pushing that bit more. You will be truly amazed. We don’t wake up for easy.
