Introduction

It was a clear crisp 49 degree spring morning.  The grass was dew covered and the birds were singing and the sun rise was spectacular.

Counted off by 4’s to separate PAX into smaller groups.  The Pax started at the corresponding station number (1’s to 1, 2’s to 2 etc…)

50 Bentover Rows

35 Curls

25 Chest Press

Station Two

50 Air Squats

35 Bonnie Blairs

25 Bobby Hurlys

Station Three

50 Side Straddle Hops

35 LBCs

25 Big Boys

Station Four

50 Step Ups

After you complete your exercises at each station move to next station and Rinse and Repeat until Mary

COT was all about daily gratitude

It has Been Scientifically proven that Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve thier health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.

 

Michael J Fox was recently quoted about how he deals with his Parkinson’s disease and he responded with “I have a charmed life because with gratitude, optimism is sustainable.  If you can find something to be grateful for and find something to look forward to then you’re able to carry on.”

 

My challenge for the PAX was to come prepared to the beatdown with something they were grateful for and I asked them to focus on that today and see if experience the benefits that come with being grateful.
