It has Been Scientifically proven that Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve thier health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.
Michael J Fox was recently quoted about how he deals with his Parkinson’s disease and he responded with “I have a charmed life because with gratitude, optimism is sustainable. If you can find something to be grateful for and find something to look forward to then you’re able to carry on.”
My challenge for the PAX was to come prepared to the beatdown with something they were grateful for and I asked them to focus on that today and see if experience the benefits that come with being grateful.
