I was reflecting on leadership at home.  How do my wife and children see me?  Then I was thinking about work.  How do my co-workers perceive me?  I began thinking what a leader is and how does a leader lead.  I came a very simple conclusion, leader has the ability to listen, show empathy, leads the charge up the hill, and is not in the back watching.  Please be aware you wife, children, neighbors, co-workers are always watching.  Are you leading the charge or in the back watching?
