THANG 1: Indian Run around the small pond back to flags

THANG 2: Interval Run: set Tabata timer for 1 minute (run at normal pace) and 30 seconds (fast run) around the whole parking lot.  Repeat 5 times to get in a mile.

Circle of Trust

The power of journaling.  This is a new habit my wife introduced to me that has proven to be a great exercise.  It helps you to take all the thoughts racing through your head and putting them down on paper.  As you process these thoughts during the process of writing them down, you have a better understanding of them to start processing what needs to be done with them.  We live in a world of go go go.  Take a moment to slow down, reflect, and process to those ideas.
