3 sets of 6 exercises to work through. after each set was approximately a 1/4 mile loop to run prior to getting to the next set. Some of the exercises included blockees, OH press, high knees, plank jacks, lawnmower pulls, merkins, Carolina dry docks and more. The goal was to get through as many sets as possible in the time allotted.

Circle of Trust

I’ve been thinking about gratitude lately and how fortunate I have been with this life. To put it back on the pax, I wanted them to think about the many blessings they have in their lives and to not take those blessings for granted.  We are very blessed in our own ways , blessings that some people do not have.
