Warm-O-Rama
We went through 7 warm up excersises
The Thang
Broke up i into 3 man teams. 1 pax farmer carried to cone and back. 1 pax started predertimed excersise and the last pax ran to another cone set up. Then all 3 switched to keep everyone moving
