Introduction
Beautifull morning and you can see the headlights of vehicles pulling into the AO.
Warm-O-Rama
WOR conststed of : Michail Phelps , Good Mornings , Fire Hydrants , SSH , Imperial Walkers , Abe Bagotas and stretching on your own.
The Thang
3 Man Dora with 2 stations. Exercise at both stations and the 3rd person would be the timer who would carry a log to the other station and switch with his team. The Pax would do the exercies on each board and complete the board before the time ran out.
Circle of Trust
Circle of Trust was about getting out to other AO’s and building relationships with other pax as I have done these past years. That being said I have a group of F3 brothers going to Talladega for the race with me this weekend and we have made this our guys trip. Great fellowship and it would not of happened if I did not travel to other AO’s.
