The Thang
Thang 1:
Mosey around the baseball field to the pavilion. 20 merkins, derkinks, irkins.
Thang 2: 40ish yards half the pax on either end had to start with a 20 rep workout and when finished sprit to the middle cone half way and proceed to do 5 burpees then sprint to the other end where they had to complete another 20 rep workout. Continuing down the list of 5 20 rep workouts on each side of the circuit while sprinting and 5 burpees between every set.
